SIG P238. Buffalo Bore 100 gr. hardcast flat tips. SIG 7-round clips +1, Tagua OWB holster, Gould & Goodrich clip pouch, Rhyno rosewood grips. Barrel de-blued and polished. Carried cocked & locked. Very compact, disappears under a t-shirt. Because it's OWB and compact, it's extremely comfortable. In fact, if I'm not careful I forget I'm wearing it. I put it on when I get dressed every morning.

What holster did you order for the Five Seven.68Charger wrote:The funny thing is I wear the SAME thing and even the same holster (Tagua) . Only complaint is that it's wearing on my finish and sometimes it's hard to take out my wallet.. sometimes.

Just a note: The conventional thinking is that you want your spare mags aligned bullet-forward. That allows positive indexing with the off-hand forefinger as the new mag is retrieved and inserted. Having your spare mags facing different directions is not a good idea.Ruark wrote:SIG P238. Buffalo Bore 100 gr. hardcast flat tips. Man, tell me about it. I'm well aware of that. The problem is, the black extensions on the bottom of the mag won't allow it. The little protusion for your little finger hits the other mag. I hear you, though. One possible solution is to turn the front magazine around correctly, and let it sit in the pouch higher than the back mag, so the front extension is resting on top of the rear extension. I'm going to try that. It's very difficult to find a neat, compact, dual OWB pouch for these P238 magazines. There are a couple others on the market, but they have big flaps that fold over and snap shut, which of course is a no-no.Skiprr wrote:Just a note: The conventional thinking is that you want your spare mags aligned bullet-forward. Please forgive my arrogance Charger. I guess I just thought I seen a 5.7 holster because I sure can't find it now.68Charger wrote:carlson1 wrote:What holster did you order for the Five Seven.68Charger wrote:The funny thing is I wear the SAME thing and even the same holster (Tagua) . My soon to be EDC once my plastic arrives.
Just joking. This will be my real EDC.
I've practiced at home and the Mosin is very difficult to conceal, so I picked the next best option in my arsenal.

I thought the black box was a shot timer for a solid 10 seconds, I was really quite confused.

It's a stungun that gives a heck of a wallup. A LEO friend of mine allowed a cadet to use it on him. The LEO was surprise at how effective it was at incapacitating him for a period of time. It would never be my primary EDC but if an attacker was too close for me to draw my gun, it will provide sufficient time for me to get some distance.

Santa brought me a Mitch Rosen Premier, so I thought I'd update my EDC photo.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Here is my EDC. This is the new Beretta BU9 Nano 9mm. It was released in the October/November timeframe and I have been carrying this for about a month now. Its light weight. slim and very easy to conceal. Shoots great and recoil is very manageable. Fits well IWB in an Uncle Mikes but I amwaiting for Whitehat Holsters from Arlington to release a new kydex.
I've spent a lot of money on guns, bullets and holsters.... The rest I've just squandered away!
