gun show?
Who's going to the gunshow tomorrow? I'll be there at 9 am. Might be considering a trade for a XD .40 cal for my Glock 19 if anyone is interested.

Aw, man........I'm gonna shoot the IPDA match at Elm Fork. Maybe I can cruise over afterward, but it won't be until after 2pm. I think there's another one in Mesquite on the 15th of Jan too. I might wait for that one so I can actually buy something!! I've recently gotten the AR bug pretty bad and want to build another lower.
Is it me, or does it seem like gun shows aren't really a great bargain lately?

If I were to go this weekend, I would want to get something and that would cheat myself.
Can I help you pick it out or at least be there when you do? Seriously. You are doing great with the smoking.....good job!

Not sure I will get another gun or a fully loaded Dillon 550 reload set up.
Thoughts?

But, hey, it'll be back soon enough...and there's always the nearly constant show in Tyler :)
I believe there is one in Tyler this weekend, after that...I don't think they have one scheduled until August . Tyler is usually where I go.
Currently shopping for a Springfield Ultra Compact (stainless/loaded) for my daughter.
I may have to go the Houston show in April.
Anyway, hope everyone has a good time.

We're going on a vacation with some of my relatives, I'm hosting a baby shower, and niece is getting married--ALL in March!
Besides, I just got a new 1911 for Christmas. I can't push the envelope.
I need to save my money for all my March events. Hopefully, I'll get some respit in April or May, which will be a good time for another gun show. Dh wants a shot gun.

The NRA & TSRA are a bargain; they're much cheaper than the cold, dead hands experience.

It benefits all your gun platforms.
Plus, it is an activity that requires "No Smoking".

I went...and conquered! I got to the market hall show around 9:30am. Had several offers on my Glock 19 before even getting in the show for around $300-350. I wasn't in the show for more then 10 minutes before I talked a guy at one of the tables into paying me $440 for it. It was in extremly good condition for being used but defintly not worth $10 less then the going rate at the show for a brand new one. Oh well, good for me, right? I went straight to the Bachman Pawn and Gun table and bought the Springfield XD .40 cal that I've been wanting. Brand new for $430.00. I sure lucked out. Got a awesome gun and saw lots of friends from the ranges. There were tons of awesome deals that I wish I had the money to take advantage of.
