I carry a Kimber Ultra CDP, and have been using a Don Hume holster for quite some time now. I don't like it. The single metal clip allows the holster to shift forwards and backwards freely to some degree, and I feel the butt of the pistol sticks out just a bit when I sit down. I want to order a new holster online, and was looking for some advice. I'm a smaller frame guy (5' 7", 140 lbs.), and I often wear tailored button down dress shirts, untucked, with jeans. In my experience this limits what I can carry, and what type of holster I carry it with. For example, any of the plastic? OWB holsters are way too bulky to properly conceal anything. I'm looking for some recommendations on a good holster, IWB/OWB, that can properly hold and conceal my Kimber, considering my smaller frame and wardrobe choice. I'd also like to purchase a magazine holder as well.
I also have a Springfield XD9-SC with the Insight X2 laser/flashlight attached. Are there any types of good holsters that would allow me to carry that pistol while keeping the Insight X2 attached? Any recommendations on holsters for this gun as well.
Price is not really a concern, as I want to purchase something of quality and good durability.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
