Finally processing after 4 weeks

I sent my packet on Feb 23 and the website finally updated my status today!
Application : Received
Fingerprints : Under review
Affidavits : Received
DL or ID : Valid
Citizenship : No documentation required
Passport photo holder : Received
Photo : Received
Proof of Classroom training : Received
Proof of Proficiency training : Received
Proof of Special Condition : Received
Fee : Received
Background Check : Under review
Concealed Handgun License : Print pending completion of application review

I had a cast on my left thumb when my fingerprints where done - I hope that doesn't hold things up too much.

So did they get a print of your left thumb or not? I would think if that is missing from your prints....you may be getting a letter or phone call saying they have to have it.

My left thumb was completely enclosed in the cast. I talked to DPS yesterday and asked the same question. The guy told me that it was up to the FBI to make the decision on the prints. We'll see how it works out.

I just sent my renewal packet on 3/18. I guess I have a while to wait huh?

I guess they really didn't need my left thumb print after all - Fingerprints Approved 4/9/11. Just waiting on BG to be completed now.
