A 30+ year veteran of the State Highway Patrol took my prints. I thought they looked pretty bad, smudged and whatnot, but I figured, hey this guy has been doing this for over 30 years, he knows what he's doing. Apparently not. Back to the waiting game. Hoping the electronic prints go through fast, no pun intended, and I can get my license before Christmas. Haha, well see what happens.

but they didn't take my range qualifying report! Wonder how i might scan and transmit the document electronically?

when you say they didn't take your range qualifying report, are you talking about the document your instructor signed that verified you passed the shooting and written tests? i'm not sure if this is a standard form (i imagine it probably is) but if your status shows "Proof of Classroom Training: Complete" then i wouldn't worry about it.
