There us some leeway here for good attire, as the Batwoman costume illustrates.

However, the orange outfit makes the grade for a Class 1 Wally Walk, because of the additional challenge you've undertaken. Since the getup will have everyone staring at you anyhow, and the clothing color you selected will contrast with that of your gun and holster, any accidental exposure is much more likely to be noticed. Therefore, acting nonchalant and not having little old ladies faint or the local gendarmes called to investigate takes more skill and aplomb.
