So far the list looks like:

HotLeadSolutions
C-Dub
Diesel42
Griffen
Excaliber
Donniet
TxBirdDog

Anybody else interested in meeting up on the 15th of January? So far it looks like we will be shooting at Bass Pro and eating at the BBQ joint next door to BP.

Ill be calling to make arrangements soon, if you would like to attend let me know.

PS If you are on this list please let me know if you are shooting, or just eating.

I'll be bringing a couple of paper shredders and ammo. Also, I would be interested in knowing if anyone else would like to be involved in organizing a Texas self defense laws seminar from the Texas Firearms Coalition.

Seems there are enough in the DFW area to warrant a seminar, and would show support for Mr. Cotton's new organization. I would expect this to be a constant topic of interest, especially among new CHLs like me.

Griffen - you should start a new thread for this. The question is too important to get lost in this one.

At the Bass Pro in Grapevine? Yeah, I'll come if I'm up in time. Fridays are late nights for me.

Sorry... I have to back out on the 15th. My boss wants me to travel now and teach some folks how to use equipment.
Y'all have a good time.

Thanks Crossfire, good suggestion. I have a bad habit of taking threads on a right turn off post.

The 15th is still good for me. I'll shoot and eat.

If you posted, you're not a lurker anymore, correct? Welcome!

Put me down for the 15th. I may or may not shoot, but will definately eat!

Are we still getting together on the 15th?

Last I heard was Bass Pro Shops range and Uncle Buck's Brewery or the BBQ place close to DFW.

Haven't heard anything new, so I thought I would bump this to the top.

I contacted Bass Pro, and they said under no terms could they reserve lanes for us...No matter how many people show up. So we could end up there and have to wait for a lane to open up..and wait...and wait...

I talked to the guys at Dallas Gun Club on Mockingbird in Dallas, and they said they could reserve the lanes for us. I think DGC would be the better choice. There is a really good mexican food resturant around the corner from them (Uncle Julios) we could go to afterward.

So if your down to meet in D-Town...how does noon work for everyone?
