http://www.guntrustlawyer.com is an option to get a trust get set up. It is a bit more expensive (around $600) but a buddy of mine used them. The trust is set up to be a bit more specific when dealing with class III items. Plus you can get others set up as trustees so that they can have access to the items as well.

Looking at the picture in your linked article (below), am I wrong, or does the can get in the way of your sights on a pistol?

Usually the suppressor will get in the way of pistol sights, but SIG, FN and I believe H&K all have raised sights to address that very problem.
