Diode...is your Ultra II the same as the CDP II? You know me and my Sigs....but you been clammering so much about the Kimber...gonna take a look...and maybe try one over at Targetmaster...then maybe a quick trip over to the Gunshow Saturday....Also looking at the Kahr PM9 as another carry to my Sig 239...

Mine is the Ultra II Tactical it has the extended mag well and mag extension, two-tone black and green. The CDP is the Melted version all smoothed out.
Then there is the Raptor Version that looks like snake skin. That's the only Untra II light weights I am seem myself. Find one like mine, it is a very nice gun!

The CDP has standard ambi safety, night sights, and black frame with stainless slide. It also has Kimber's aggressive melted carry treatment. That means the edges of the slide and other typically sharp areas are melted and rounded.

Thanks TX, that's them. Skipper, everyone is different but for me the ultra II's fit my hand perfect and I shoot it better than my 5in. :)

Wow....they sure are pretty...thanks for the posting tx!! ...Can see why you really rave about your Ultra Carry II....definitely do like the night sight version.....

Diode...how do you find the recoil in the II....45 ACP? or other caliber??

Ok so we ran the entire Gamut on 1911's but the thread was originally a Spud question on the EMP, anyone have first hand experence with them? I been hearing mostly bad things so far. :grin:
