June 2010 applications

#1

Post by canvasbck »

There wasn't a June thread started yet, so this will by first contribution to the forum. Took my class today with the wife. Scored 250/250 ( only three shots outside the ten ring and in the nine) and a written test score of 98!! Both of our packets are ready to go and we will mail out certified on Monday. I'll be pulling up a chair for my stay in the waiting room now.

Welcome! I'm waiting as well.... A little tip: checking the dps site every hour doesn't make it go any faster :

Took my class 3 weeks ago, filled out online app on 6/4, fingerprints done thru FAST today and all other items cert-mailed to DPS on 6/7. Now I'll pull up a lawn chair and wait with all the rest of us "June bugs".

I took the class about a year ago, but just finally got around to getting all the paperwork done and mailed off. Got my FAST fingerprints done on June 2nd and mailed my packet off the same day.

I brought two chairs to the waiting room. I like to put my feet up. :tiphat:

I took the class at the end of May after applying online and using FAST for fingerprints. Sent the rest in on 6/1 and got proof of delivery yesterday. I also got the ActivePro Defender belly belt yesterday, in the mail. I tried it on yesterday in front of my wife. Today I put it on and she didn't notice. I then moved it from the appendix position to three o'clock, which seems quite a bit more comfortable. She still hasn't noticed.

there are many more people on here that have a lot more experience than me, obviously, but from a newbie point of view, what you are wondering, I have probably just learned or done. But then again, others on here have probably done those things time and time again LOL

I hope everyone understands that I was just kidding. Sometimes I forget that sarcasm doesn't translate well on the internet.
