Mine went to manufacturing the same day yours did, so hopefully it will change to mailed sometime today also. Congratulations to ya, your wait is almost over.

my status on line says manufacturing pending is that the same as manufacturing?.....i am a new member but have been using this fourm for info, it has been very helpfull

Nope, you have to make the next step where it will say Manufacturing, then will go to Mailed which as near as I can tell means it went to a department to be mailed, not actually placed into the US Postal Service.

Actually it is hard to tell, I wouldn't think it would be any longer than that but it might be shorter too. I think there is a lot of "play" in the system depending on who is doing the work and how efficient they are. There have been cases where it went from Manufacturing to Mailed to in your hand in a few days to other cases like mine where it took 5 days from saying Mailed to the plastic showing up from Austin to Houston. You just can't take the status at full face value.

Check it about 11pm or first thing in the morning. Mine has always updated late at night.

My status for Fingerprints changed from received to "complete." I guess that means more progress... :)

OOOOhhhh...my fingerprints say complete now too. Wonder when that changed? I hadn't noticed.

Neither did mine. They probably send the applications to manufacturing in batches and then go in alphabetical order.

Status on DL changed to "valid" since yesterday. I guess we'll be able to monitor each step along the way? Glad to know someone is busy pushing things through, though.

I believe that the manufacturing department must all be on their vacation now.
