Have just been approved!!!!!

I woke up this morning and checked the dps site to find th "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" im so happy i should see it soon!!! Only problem is that i ripped my exhaust off my car yesterday and it cost me 500$ to repair it and i had to pawn my beretta just to pay for the repairs to my car:( My application was still processing was hoping to have it payed off b4 it got done.

The TXDPS site was down Saturday evening, but, Sunday I found "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active." Just curious how long the USPS takes to deliver the magic plastic. I see you got yours in about 5 days, is that about average?

I think about 5-7 days is about average, it all depends on how quickly the Post Office moves the mail. I've seen them arrive in as few as 2 days. Your on the down hill side of things now, hope your wait for the plastic is short. Congrats!!!

My status changed the first of the week and I had plastic by the end of the week.

Thanks folks! I guess I should have the plastic in hand tomorrow, maybe Friday.......surely by Saturday, if not, I may have to make a trip to Austin!
