There is a space on our tickets for work information.
As far as being arrested - you won't be arrested for not giving that information, however, the officer COULD simply arrest you for whatever the violation was. We don't have to write tickets (except speeding and open container)....all other offenses (even Class C) are arrestable offenses provided the cop witnessed the offense.
