2/4/10 Delivery Confirmation
2/18/10 Pin Received "Processing Application"
3/4/10 Application Completed - license issued or certificate active
3/13/10 Plastic in Hand!!!

Good luck to you both! Hope your processing goes as quickly as the December folks. I was one of the last ones I think and mine right at about a month.

Is it normal to have the status still showing applicant mailed package even after I hand delivered the completed app on 2/4??

Actually yes it is. It will continue saying that until they enter your application into the system. Their online status has very few messages that they can choose from, and "received" isn't one of them.

The next message you get should be "Processing Application".

Hey guys, new to the forum !
My wife and I took the class and qualified on Saturday 2-13-10. Mailed out the packets and money orders via certified mail on 2-16-10.
Hope they hurry !!!
If you find your self in a fair fight, your tactics obviously suck.
2/13/10 - Class Taken
2/16/10 - Mailed Packet
3-20-10 Wife's Approved-License Active
3-25-10 Wife- Plastic
3-30-10 mine legal review
4-9-10 mine approved
4-16-10 my plastic arrived !! woo hoo !!
