That's funny. My parents had the same first name (actually, hers was a feminized version of a common man's name), so she went by her middle name, but lots of people from our home area called her by the good ol' Southern tradition of both names.92f-fan wrote:When buying our first house we found out there was another Mr and Mrs in Texas with the same EXACT names.
Imagine my surprise some years later when I was at a car show and saw that one of the cars on display was owned by (the pseudonymous) "Bob L. and Bobbie Jean Smith"... it matched my parents' names exactly. I told my sister about it, but she already knew the people, because they were regulars on the car show circuit.
