Thanks USA1, 81Aggie, ExMarlboroMan! I didn't make it to WallyWorld, but the HEB Plus and Target were secured yesterday afternoon.

Congrats ES4Me!
Sounds like it was a long hard road for you by what you sig says. But, at least you have now been rewarded for your patience! Glad to know that the HEB and Target were safe for all the patrons there. Did you snap any pictures of your outing?

It was a frustrating experience and I was <this> close to just lumping it all and just going for the Utah license. I will spare everyone the recap of my woes previously detailed here, but I have never encountered such insanity in my life.
Sadly no photos. Was shopping all by myself and didn't want to draw attention by snapping my own photos while I perused the merchandise. Don't think I am official yet anyhow - haven't been to WallyWorld!

Re: September 2009 Applications
Well I got good news this morning, A call back, NOT from the DPS!
I was informed that my license was approved today and being sent to the "printers"!!! With the holidays and all it may take 2-3 weeks to receive it in the mail. Online status hasn't changed yet on the dps website, But I will update when it does!
Made my day for sure!

Re: September 2009 Applications
Congratulations! I've seen this with other people who are told the license is "at the printers" and it'll be 2-3 weeks. Seems to be a standard response, bet you'll have it much sooner!ExMarlboroMan wrote:Well I got good news this morning, A call back, NOT from the DPS!
