The police cannot tell someone that they cannot carry on my property. That is for me to decide. If they do have power of attorney then they would be acting as a representative and I believe proper notice would have been given. I wouldn't push the issue, but I still wonder if they do not have power of attorney if this is proper notice.

Niice! Could you tell me what that app's called?
I'll answer, it's called 'Texas Statutes'. Here is the link http://www.davidfinucane.com/txstatutes/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Thats it!

There's also one that only has the Texas Penal code. The only benefit there, as I can see, is that it loads faster, and runs better on Non 3gs iphones.
Thanks, guys. Note to self: read to the end of thread, before posing questions.... :roll:

For most smart phones, you can download http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/ftp/forms/LS-16.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and have the CHL rules in a handy file. Not as slick as an iPhone app but a good quick reference.

No bets on how long before the new changes make it to the updated ls-16 pamphlet. :lol:
If you can read this, thank a teacher. If it's on the internet, thank a geek.

Thanks for that - downloading it as I speak.

If anyone else is frustrated by the iPhone's current inability to act as a USB stick and/or PDF reader, this app might interest you..

The only difference that I can see between the lite (i.e. free) version, and the full version is that the former has a diskspace limitation of 'only' 200 MB. But that's a fair number of PDFs (mine currently has thirty of so files in there). :???:

I just sent him an email since he had a link to it on his profile. Hopefully that will do the trick.
