Woo Hoo!!!! Checked status last night and it finally says

Application Completed - license issued or certificate active

Hubby's status is still Processing.
CHL Class - Aug 9, 2009
Mailed packet - Aug 17, 2009
Delivery Date per Return Receipt - Aug, 19, 2009
PIN Letter Dated - Sept 14, 2009
Processing Application - Sept 18, 2009

Wow! Congrats NAVY CHIEF, Dead Eye Mike and SuzyQnTX ! 3 in 1 day! I havent' seen that in a while!

It has been 70 days, so I took the suggestion from earlier and wrote my representative - apparently my card was sent to be printed a month ago :shock:

Response to my inquiry:
I just heard back from the Department of Public Safety and they said both of your CHL's were sent to their vendor to be printed on 9-24-09. They typically send the license to the applicant after they get it back from the vendor, so it looks like both your CHL's are being processed.
