Yep the lcp is pretty popular. You have one too?

I've only put about 60 rounds through it with the price and scarcity of the .380 ammo. Ruger reccomends a 200rnd break in period. It has had one FTE.

I prefer my glock over the lcp!

Just an update, I have been stalking the mail box Friday and Saturday with no luck yet. I won’t be in town today but I’m hopeful I will have my plastic in the mail when I get back Thursday evening.

Don't tell anyone but i used my daughters hot orange nail polish on mine for the front site! ;-) It makes a good pocket holster gun and i'm sure it is accurate at more then seven yards , but i really have to take some time to aim it at even 7yds. For point and shoot at 2-4 ft it is ok with the cor-bons . :evil2: I would gladly trade it for a kimber :biggrinjester:

i did to at first , but quickly realized that in a real situation there would be no time to try to line up the "humps" .

:iagree: That makes a pretty good argument for practicing point n' shoot drills on occasion.

i sure would like to put a Crimson Trace Laser on it , but they are a little on the pricey side .

I mailed my completed paperwork on around the 2nd of September (I already had my PIN) and my status moved to 'Application Completed - license issued or certificate active' today. Its nice to see they are reasonably meeting the commitment to a 60 day turn around. I would add that I have a perfect record (civilian and military), long term employment at the same company, and have lived in the same town my whole life, so the background checks should have been very straight foreward. My CHL instructor was also very meticulous when it came to all the paperwork.

Hopefully I will have my 'Plastic' in a few days....

If you go to the elsiepea site and check out their store listed in the forums as one of the sponsors, you can choose Crimson Trace and get their laser for $154.00 from Western Tactical. Check it out!! We are very satisfied and loved the price.

Don't go straight to the sponsor called Crimson Trace, but go to the Elsie Pea Store and then choose Crimson Trace. Awesome!!

All you LCP lovers ought to check out that site anyway.
