Thanks USA1

Oh, and BTW, regarding our discussion on when the website is updated... let me throw this out there.

I recieved an email yesterday from the "technician" working on my application. She stated my app was complete and that it was being mailed that day. Of course, I immediatly went to the site to check its status and it still showed "Processing Application". So, I check back again last night @ 10pm and 12:15am, same thing, still processing. However, this morning, @ 5:30am it shows Completed.

So, maybe the site does only update once a day, after hours. :???:

ME TOO !!!!!!

CHL Class 5/16/09
Mailed Packet 6/05/09
Rec'd at DPS 6/09/09
Rec'd PIN 7/17/09
Approved 10/15/09

I checked this AM, it says APPLICATION COMPLETED - LICENSE ISSUED OR CERTIFICATE
ACTIVE.

After this long wait, now I can start haunting the mailbox. I guess it is the season for it.
If the 2nd admendment only applies to muskets and muzzle-loaders, then the 1st admentment must apply only to the spoken or printed word. Printing must be done on hand presses, news stories must be written in longhand, no keyboards or electric processes may be used.

Being approved on Thursday (probably Wednesday, system updated sometime that night), I am wondering if they mail the license right away or wait till Friday. If its mailed right away, I would guess some may get their license Saturday and majority would receive theirs on Monday and Tuesday.

I will let you know when I have plastic in hand!
