Receiving your pin#
I was just wondering how do Igo about getting my pin? My packet was sent out (certified mail) Sep. 29th and was received in Austin on Oct. 1st. Will they send me a pin in the mail, or is there a number I should call to find out? thanks in advance!
Re: Receiving your pin#
You will receive your pin in the mail. Has been taking anywhere from 6- 8 weeks recently, but lately folks times have been seeming to speed up.

Re: Receiving your pin#
My wife had to send an e-mail to Austin to get her PIN. That was about 60 days into her waiting, and we are still waiting.
I would think that her status should change very soon. Class on June 20, re-do fingerprints the middle of August. I assume she is checking her status, but like I have said several times, she isn't nearly as concerned or anxious as I was while waiting for the plastic to come in.
