I just got up and at 0654 I checked, logged out and checked again because I didn't believe what I saw(hadn't had my first cup of coffee yet) and it said:

Application Completed - license issued or certificate active !!!!!!!

Thanks 4guns2! No not camped out there yet. No telling when it'll arrive. I'm not even looking or it yet. Next week....maybe. It'll get here when it gets here. Now that's not to say, I don't mutter "rats, crud, fiddlesticks" when I get the daily mail and it's not there.

And Hendrix was of my generation. I loved that song!

I'm flabbergasted. I don't know what to say, and that doesn't happen very often.

I just checked the mail and I now have PLASTIC IN HAND!!! :woohoo

I was expecting another 2-3 week wait. I've been waiting for this day since May 31 when I applied on line.

Gads, I feel like a politician waiting to give an acceptance speech. "rlol" I just want to say thank you all my forum friends for your words of encouragement through this process. I can honestly say if it weren't for this forum(thank you Charles), and the great group of people who frequent it, I probably would have delayed my decision(in applying) even longer.

I really can't think of anything else to say except YIPPEEEEEE!!!

Thanks Kevin! I'll be posting pics soon. Daughter volunteered to take them. First thing she asked me when I told her I got the license was "Want me to take pics when you do the Wally Walk?" "rlol"
