Hi All

This question is a little off post but I was wondering what everyone is going to be carrying?
I finally broke down and bought myself a new present, a new Kimber Ultra Carry 45 ACP.
My other pistols are fairly large frame so I wanted to keep it low and out of the way.

Glad to see that the State is continuing to send out the CHL's.

regards to all.

I will normally be carrying a Walther PPS 9mm. I just traded a Kel-Tec PF9 for the PPS and am very happy with the PPS. Got it last week and have run about 250 rounds through it without any problems. It is a little bigger than the PF9, but I think a lot more reliable.

Congratulations on the Kimber! They are fantastic firearms and I hope to one day own one. Let us know how it performs for you.

What holster and how are you carrying the Kimber?

Yep, it was a surprise ok from the boss (wifey).

As for a holster, I dont know as yet, I really never knew that there were so many types of holsters you could pick from.
I would like on that would set up high on the outside. Im looking at all of them and following the reviews that people have posted.
Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.

I am using a Comp-Tac Minotaur MTAC IWB Holster. It is very comfortable if your paints are not too tight. :totap: AND it conceals very well. I ordered a Comp-Tac belt the other day and hope that it will make the Minotaur even more comfortable.

Well, the holster arrived yesterday. Took a little bit to get adjusted (a Sig P226 concealed on my 150LB frame) but once adjusted, it concealed very well under just a T-shirt. I didn't have time to go to Wal-Mart yet so I went on a "Take the trash to the curb - Walk". I was convinced that I had read enough on here to not be paranoid about people being able to tell. Untiiiiiiiiil........My neighbor passed by walking his dog. I was convinced he could tell and was going to ask me about it. "rlol" "rlol"
Obviously he didn't.

I carried my 357 all day today. Well except at work (They provide lockboxes but none are allowed in the facility). Went for coffee after work with coworkers and they didn't know until one of the girls gave me an hug. I am kinda enthused I work with trained security personnel several of which are ex-military and criminal investigators.
Wally Walk is schedule tomorrow and I have to pass the Gauntlet. The above individuals are going to scrutinize my every move.
