Interesting posting of 51% sign
I was at Sam Houston Raceway Park - the horse track today for a trade show and and education class. On the second floor of the main building where all the locations to place bets are, posted at the entrance to the restrooms, is a bunch of TABC signs.
There is a alcohol is dangerous for pregnant women and some others but there are two large 51% signs- at the rest rooms - where there are no bars (downstairs) - in a place restricted to carry anyway.

I don't think anyone knows the laws when it comes to CHL sign posting procedures. People post them where they don't need them already, some places post them where there not supposed to be posted, others post the wrong signs, etc.
