My status also changed as of this morning to:
Application Completed - license issued or certificate active

It sure looks like things are happening -- I'm in Travis County.

13 May 2009 - CHL class
21 May 2009 - Hand-carried application to DPS
25 Jun 2009 - PIN Received
03 Sep 2009 - Application Approved
XX XXX 2009 - Plastic in Hand

FINALLY! I checked my on-line status last night and there was no change. Checked again first thing this morning and to my surprise I see "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" !!! OMG I thought they had forgotten me. Only 112 days - Hope I see plastic in mail very soon. I believe once the system displays this then the plastic has been sent out? No? Hope so anyways. :hurry:

just checked my status.....Application Completed - license issued or certificate active!!!!! exactly 100 days from sending app......51 days after sending new fingerprint cards!! in harris county!!! time to go buy a gun belt!
may 23- class

july 13- new prints taken electronically
july 14- new prints mailed
august 31- emailed dps
september 3- Application Completed

Sorry charlie, but I count only 97 or 98 days, as it stands now. It depends on when you actually get your license. If you get it this weekend, no. If you get it next week after the 100 days, then yes of course! "rlol" :lol:

But then again, you are blackballed out of the club automatically after you get your license. Club rules don't you see. :rules:
