Online status changed Monday, Plastic arrived Thursday...just in time to take my wife out to dinner with a 'friend'. I noted the "unlicensed carry is a felony" sign beside the door, smiled, and walked in a happier man!

I spoke to Mr. Cotton yesterday at the range. I told him that I'm over 150 days. He directed me to go to the General Texas CHL Discussion and down load the form letter. Input my info, and send it certified mail. He told me that within 7 to 10 day's I should have my license. I did that today and will mail it tomorrow.
Thank you Mr. Cotton :clapping: :tiphat:

I'm passing this on to all that are waiting over the 120-day mark. You have to give them the 30 days to pass it on. Then 90 day's to process your application. That is 120 days. :smash:

Good luck and I will let you know if this works.

I downloaded the form onto my desktop. Because a buddy just got his, and applied just before me, I give them until Friday. I know I would please some of you by sending the letter now, but maybe I get a little too kind sometimes.
