Status finally changed today from Processing License to Application Completed - license issued or certificate active. Only been 162 days. I am exicited that my status has changed but a little dissappointed that I won't be setting the record for the number of days. Hope I'm not tallking too soon, I haven't got it my hand yet.

dicion - time to call your state representative. Good luck to you!
I will add, as a fifth circumstance in the situation of the House of Representatives, restraining them from oppressive measures, that they can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society. - J Madison, Federalist #57
