well ,so far i just did the Wendys Walk.

so we're sitting in Wendys and i tell my wife and kids that i have to keep my eye on the door
in case a bad guy comes in .

my son said .."yeah , some guy is gonna come in and order , and reach into his jacket for his wallet ,
and dads gonna yell " FREEZE !!" while flipping the table up and opening fire .

then when the dust clears , there will be bullet holes in the walls and ceiling
while the man is just standing there looking shocked wondering what just happened "Image

i told him " son nobody wears a jacket in the summer "Image

Ok guys strap yourselves in for this story cause it makes NO sense at all!!!!!
I'm sure you all remember the post I made a few pages back (just over a week ago) where I made a post saying the state sent me back a packet claiming that I needed to redo my finger prints and send them back before they could finish processing my application. Well, with school and all, I never had time for that so the print sheet they sent me is still sitting in my living room, completely BLANK, bur guess what came in the mail today. Yes that's right, my CHL, and it just so happens that my status changed from processing to complete on the exact day I got my license. Anyone here care to take a stab at what happened? I don't have a clue.

Sent out the app on April 9 and got my plastic today.
Sorry for any mistakes in my post. I'm using an iPhone and a tredmill at the college, at the same time.

I'm glad you got it, but at the same time I am a bit disturbed by this. Makes me wonder if this is an isolated incident or if they screw up more than we hear about........

Simpleton, to be honest with you, I would be very surprised to find that this is an isolated incident. When I took my CHL course the instructor told me that she had been teaching the the classes for about five year and until last year she had never had a rejected app (she is qualified to do EVERYTHING for the course and apps, so when we left her course we went to the post office and mailed our packages the same day), but all of a sudden students started having them come back because of errors left and right. She said the most common one was people who would get their apps sent back because of "bad pictures." She told us that she mailed the same photos back every time and it always worked. Seems like they are just looking for excuses to stall for time.

My instructor told us almost the same thing. Said he started getting rejections for photos and fingerprints. Said a lot of times he would just send the same one back they rejected and they would accept it the second time. Sounds like stalling for time to me.

Samuri there is no way you're married yet. Married guys dont send messages while on the treadmill via their iphone. Married guys sit here at 11:32 half drunk 25 lbs overweight.

But man if you are married and find the time to run and be in good health God Bless You sir.

Congrats on getting your license!

I'm impressed at only 25lbs! In my case I don't have a 6 pack, I have a keg....but it is all paid for. :cheers2: <== Mostly by this!
