Bingo. He was like it will have to restart again. i hung up on him cause i was mad. 
. I then get home and decided to call again to make sure what I heard so i called again and this charming voice from a lady picked up and I told her my sitution and she told me , it would take 3 weeks to get back in the system and if everything was complete , it would pick up where it last left off.
