Is it the brass Monarch soft points or the steel cased Monarch for $15?

Thanks for remembering! I called POF after Thanksgiving, and they confirmed that my April order was the first in line of five outstanding orders for the same FFL. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Their best estimate at the time was an additional three to five months. I'm thinking March or April...so only a year after the order was placed.

After that wait, I'm fully expecting this guy to be the heirloom EBR of my collection. Pics and range report as soon as possible.
And after all this time (and the fact that I haven't been able to spend much time on the Forum the past few months) I forgot to pull out the confetti and post that my POF finally arrived! I picked it up last week, but it arrived at the FFL the week before. So right at 17 months from the order date until the rifle shipped. Woo hoo!

I have no time to get it to the range this week, but that's early on the agenda for the week of the 25th. I'll take some photos soon of the stock rifle, just as it shipped from POF. After mounting optics, sighting her in, and firing a few dozen rounds, I'll write a short range report.

I am looking forward to reading your range report and seeing the pictures! This has been a longtime in coming!...
