It is. There is a guy that does it for my LGS. Everybody loves the look (myself included), but they just don't sell if they are pre-painted. Gotta refinish them after they are purchased. I can get you the contact information of the guy who does them locally here if you want. I can vouch that they LOOK great, but I can't speak either way for the durability.
