Younger CHLs
Just curious how many of us out there are freshly 21 and packing a CHL. I myself took the course the day after I turned 21, and bought my carry the day I turned 21.

Re: Younger CHLs
I just wanted to have an idea how much of the younger crowd carries. I know of a lot of people say 30+ that do, but I don't know any even close to 21.

For all of us younger CHLers that spend so much time on facebook, don't forget to look up the TexasCHLForum.com group and join. If anyone has trouble finding it PM me and I'll log onto my facebook account and send you an invite.

I took the course 3 weeks after my 21st birthdday and bought my first handgun a few weeks later. I have a few friends who have have CHLs in the 21-23 age range.

I bought my first handgun at 21 too, but they didn't have CHL back then.

Same for my daughter, she took her class a couple of days after her 21st B-Day...and is now 22.
But, she's been shooting since she was 8-9 yrs. old.

Re: Younger CHLs
It is going to be intersting to the younger generation when some of you 21 yr old CHLers are 80, teling your Grreat Grand Children, "Papa & Mammaw have been carrying 69ys."
Do not let them lapse.
Do not let them lapse.
Carry 24-7 or guess right.
