When is the next CHL instructors class? Where can I find out about the class? Is there a forum out there for TX instructors? Any info would be great.

Out of curiosity, what are the requirements to become an instructor? It said something about passing all the back ground checks. If I already have a CHL, have I already done all the background stuff or do they do it all over again?
