The old original pouches were brown. I also know a lot of folks that carry brown belt-held knife pouches.

I would never carry like that....not even as an off duty LEO. My vote is no, not concealed. The jury is already out, judging by the inconsistent answers on this thread. Who wants to be a test case? I know I wouldn't.
