Because, if he milks Ukraine for all it's worth, it helps detract from his bumbling of everything else he's touched or even been near since he took office. Remember, just over 25% of the population has a IQ at or below 90. The memory of a leftist voter is very short.
Kind of like the movie from years ago called "Wag The Dog".
Yep. Exactly.
so now we are focused on ukraine, china or russia sails an attack sub right up the potamac river and launches against dc ( no real loss)
this sub will be sacrificed, just like the ones they send to the major ports to sink one or two cargo ships and jam up the ports.

GA is a real easy one, narrow river etc like jacksonville . our forces are also trapped in port as many use the same channels.

we may not have foreign troops coming ashore, but the mental game will have been won and our leaders capitulate and surrender or appease.
then the troops arrive and by then our military has been ordered to not fight back.
This is unquestionably a Wag the dog effort by Xiden, his bosses and the legacy media.

The Russians have already been developing a nuclear-armed underwater drone, so they would not even have to sacrifice a submarine:

Six Super Weapons Putin Unveiled During Fiery Address(2018)
launched from a submarine well off shore, the underwater drone then makes it ways to the target area, avoiding any sensor networks or other defenses, before detonating its reportedly dirty warhead, causing significant immediate damage and lasting contamination. A computer generated presentation about the vehicle shows a modified Oscar II class submarine carrying a pair of the unmanned submarines in a special forward compartment.

Putin suggest the drone would be "100 times smaller" than traditional submarines and therefore be especially difficult to detect. It would also be able to travel at "extreme depths" and at speeds that "greatly exceeds the speed of all submarines, up-to-date torpedoes and all types of high-speed surface ships,” making it even harder for an opponent to spot and intercept it before it reached the target area.
It would be a simple matter to sign an agreement with Russia guaranteeing promises previously made by the US and broken not to expand NATO Eastward... (which is what the Russians want), but Xiden's purposeful Wag the Dog demands unnecessary conflict endangering the entire planet.

100% dead on true

we developed one back a few years ago. its freaky scary crapppp. and as far as detection, we are not were we used to be. no more pingers , no more dragon killer net.
if i was CIC, we would have subs out and about seeking and disturbing.
subs only get found when they want to . I have lots of picures from submarines that we were tracking , or thought we were. where they surfaced long enough to snap a picture of the bottom of our helicopter, only to disappear without us ever knowing they were there. weeks later get called to CO office to have a laugh as he tossed us the pictures, asking us what went wrong :thumbs2:
or having a practice torpedo pop up beside the ship out of no where.
i sure miss the Navy :hurry:
brandon needs mass confusion abroad to hide the failure at home, but even cnn is turning on him, just a bit
did vp land back in US yet?
i figured she would have a transportation secretary incident from years past

What would have been really prophetic is if Obama had been caught open-mic in 2012 saying that Biden would be America's biggest problem in 2022...

i sure every American is burning up the phone lines to DC . our congressional leaders need to get this puppet under control

him telling us to suck up 8 dollar gas is freaking nuts
i imagine of trump had said 1/200th of what this puppet is saying he would have been impeached post haste.

brandon is starting a war, for NO REASON other than to distract his inept leadership

but our leaders need to be asking why we are not the #1 energy exporter we were a few short months ago
open up the pipelines and turn up the processing plants. this is over the top insane

So an ordinary 2x4 wood stud 8 ft long is now $ 7.25 ea.

These used to be $1.10 at Home Depot all day in 2019.

They went up after the start of Covid. Then went may be back to $3, but have recently jumped up.

Not sure why. Shortage of labor? Shortage of trees?

I realized I have 10 or 12 in the attic. A kings ransom.

oh i feel so much safer now from brandons news conference :smilelol5: :smilelol5: "rlol" "rlol"
refused to say why he is not sanctioning putin now..today..lets wait a month OMG this guy is dangerous to our country and our allies

he blamed oil and gas producers for the price at pump// in a thinly veiled statement

i checked Department of energy website. we are down 1700 million barrels of production for january

he has zero concern for how much he hurts the US in prices at pump and grocery store.

It is an area of curiosity for me that Democrats get away with pretending to be against Putin and communism while trying to implement communism right here in America.

i was just saying the same thing.
the wait 30 days or a month statement i bet made the Ukrainian people feel SECURE :anamatedbanana
30 days gives putin plenty of time at chernobyl to secure hazardous nuclear waste for use in dirty bombs
he should have said we will be sending LPG and CNG ships to help the burden of Europe

meanwhile the trucker convoy headed to DC are to be met with armed force to prevent expression of peaceful protest

Agree! Europe gets 46% of its natural gas from Russia. Seems pretty obvious that the US should be exporting natural gas, but Washington is full of incompetence.

In a Fox interview after the, er, press conference, Nikki Haley said basically that this was Biden's last opportunity to stand up and act like a leader, and he blew it.

Gotta give it to Brandon, though. He's proving to be one of our history's most consistent presidents.

He fails at everything. Not just some of the time, all of the time.

Kinda like being concerned about Ukraine's borders but not ours.

Or being concerned about our CO2 emissions, but not Russian CO2 emissions in Ukraine. (war releases a lot of CO2)
