Judge tosses illegal gun possession charge.

Why was he even charged with this?

Listening to closing argument. Blood pressure going up. Hope Binger loses his job and is never allowed in a courtroom again.

i was surprised judge allowed the binger to make statements that were already proved untrue. especially in regards to kyle purchasing the semi auto rifle in question.
plus there was already a decision made that there was not a curfew , but prosecutor keeps injecting it as it was
the slow mooo video is unrealistic in a manner that does not belong. this is not hollywood. it was real life.

Two hour closing, and so much disinformation. I sincerely hope he lost the jury with boredom and length. I know I am biased, but if I was a juror, I would wonder if he listened to the witnesses and actually watched the videos as his closing was full of baloney.

and rosenbaum had gun powder on his hand...even though binger stated he was far away

do you think the prosecutor purposely dressed like he was disheveled, including the dumb cow lick in his hair up front, so jury feels sorry for him ????

best part is all the news stations are covering this...and not xiben brandons singing of the spending bill :biggrinjester:

watching the prosecution is almost like watching the impeachment trial, where the prosecution got caught fabricating then tried to hide and re direct the questions to cover it up
defense is throwing a great objection to prosecution rebuttal. :thumbs2:

Prosecutor James Krause just propounded that "There is no such thing as handedness in guns. There are no right or left handed guns."

White House Condemns ‘Vigilantes’ as Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Wraps Up

Looks like Uncle Joe doesn't want the American people defending themselves against rioters. I guess terrorism against the American public doesn't work very well if the people can defend themselves.

judge told jury to ignore presidential opinions, current and past :biggrinjester:

somehow being hit in the head with a skateboard is not deadly or have the propensity to kill according the prosecutor.. i did paraphrase
sure hope the jury can see through the smoke and look at the un doctored video of kyle being hit from behind with a skateboard

If Kyle is found guilty, will it change the definition of self-defense?

First let me repeat:
If I thought there was going to be a gun fight, I just wouldn't go.

I think a part of this prosecution is to discourage regular folks, every where, from defending themselves.

I watched parts of the trial. The defense closing arguments were a good summary of the case. Including video. The only mistake I saw from KR was being at the wrong place at the wrong time and getting separated from his buddies. Every shot he took, was defending himself from great bodily harm or death.

Unlike the jurors in this trial,
I have never been in a bar fight.

Democrat Rep. Cori Bush: If Kyle Rittenhouse Acquitted, White Supremacists ‘Can Shoot at Us’

You'd never know from that statement the criminals Kyle shot were white... But I guess by saying "us" Cori is identifying as a rioter and terrorist today.

Pointed gun at jury with finger on the trigger.

Brought up Roadhouse.

And other strange moments from closing.

The Real Reason the Left Hates Kyle Rittenhouse
So why is it the left hates Rittenhouse so much? Set aside all of the wacky hyperbole of white supremacy and whatnot, why do they want to convict him of murder, despite the case being extremely clear about the fact that it was self-defense? I can tell you exactly why. It wasn’t the fact that Rittenhouse was white. It wasn’t the fact that he was there, presumably in opposition to the riots.

It was the type of gun, Rittenhouse was carrying, and the fact that it put on a clinic of answers to the question the left always wants to ask:

Why does anyone need an AR-15?

... This exact situation. When the world and society meltdown around you, as it did in this sleepy little Wisconsin burg, you may need that type of weapon to protect yourself and/or your family. Certainly, the choice of firearm will be your own, but the use of an AR-15 and other types of tactical/sport rifles in these situations proves to be a valid option.

...They expected a chain saw. What we saw was a scalpel. And not the scalpel in the hands of some skilled surgeon. He was a 17-year-old boy, and the gun wasn’t even his. That… That right there is why they hate Kyle. They hate Kyle, because he showed the world, exactly why someone might need an AR-15.
