FL: Domestic violence injunction fails, woman with gun does not

Man with domestic violence injunction on his way to anger management treatment stops off at house of woman and children where he wasn't supposed to be and breaks in. Woman shoots and kills him. Sheriff and DA agree it was self defense. The end.

Once again an "equalizer" changes an outcome for a weaker person. The gun grabbing alternative would be for the woman to be dead.
