The DA is obviously pandering to mob rule. This thing is getting very out of control. Thugs will probably use it as an excuse to loot Atlanta anyway. This would have been considered a good shoot had the officer been black or the criminal had been white. Cities are putting police officers in NO WIN positions. Police officers will start losing their lives from hesitation. You could not pay me enough to be a cop these days.

not sure how he will get a fair jury? but i pray he does. the video speaks volumes imo of how it happened and justified. pray for him

It is being reported that multiple shifts within the Atlanta Police Department have walked off the job tonight, calls are pending, and the PD is begging surrounding agencies for help.

not surprised at all. the video and all the footage says they acted in compliance with rules for the department and now the DA is trying to make a sacrificial lamb

hopefully his trail is after november i think alot of officers in these "WEIRD" cities should all the sudden call in sick.

She led him going into the upcoming run-off. He has said she is supported by the police officers in the community. So, yeah, he is charging the officer who shot Rayshard Brooks after Brooks fought two officers, ran from them, then turned and aimed a taser at the officer who shot him. They will not convict, but the DA only wants to win his re-election. In a Democrat primary, this will be all it takes. This is just like the DA in the Duke lacrosse case, Nifong.”

DA previously said cops shooting colleges students with tasers was a deadly weapon when he charged them.

Now cop shooting at man shooting taser at him not dangerous weapon.

Tennessee v Garner. Terrible how the DA is grandstanding with this officer’s life. I see why he is under investigation from the state. Even worse that under Georgia law that the death penalty is a option for ALL murders.

This officer did his job and his life as he knows it is over. Even if he walks from all 11 charges, he will never be a LEO again. It’s really hard for me to try to convince anyone to be in law enforcement anymore when your own city will play politics with your life.

DA lost the primary in Atlanta.

Seems I missed posting an article that a little girl was shot and killed after her mother made a wrong turn and ended up at the burned Wendys where a protest was going on. She was turning her car around when someone fired into the car killing the little girl.
