Eisemann Center

Does anyone know if the Eisemann Center in Richardson is posted or not. I checked Texas3006.com and it wasn’t listed

I have not been there in about 4 years but it was not posted then. It is also operated by the City of Richardson so I would suspect it is not "legally" posted if at all now.
