2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...

Just want to share my story as i have been following here since i began the process.

6/15/19 LTC class taken
6/16/19 All docs submitted
6/21/19 status showed all green expect "fingerprints under review" and "background check under review"
6/27/19 Fingerprints went green
6/28/19 Background check completed Print pending

I had an arrest about 5 years ago which was dismissed and i submitted my DA disposition when submitting all docs

Shouldnt be long till i have my plastic on hand.

Got mine in yesterday night!!
Already carried today while running errands earlier this morning. I have a tuckable IWB holster that should be here next week so I can carry to work.

It looks like there’s no rhyme or reason for the timing, is there? Some folks are getting theirs in two weeks, some take three months.

6/4/19 - Fingerprints taken at IdentoGO
6/27/18 - LTC-101 Submitted
6/29/19 - Website updates, everything green except for background check.
7/2/19 - Background check completed, print pending.
7/9/19 - Status changed to "Mailed"
7/10/19 - License in hand

6/28/19 -LTC-6 photos taken and mailed overnight.
7/1/19 -LTC-6 photos received by DPS
7/2/19 -Identogo fingerprints taken

I don't have any criminal background but I have moved once in 5 years and had a change of employment. Hopefully that won't slow it down too much.
