Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...
Renewal submitted on 1-26-2019. Went to print on 3-26-2019. I have several months before my LTC expires. I never wait to the last minute to do things. Oh, called my state representative on the 45 th working day, that got things moving.

What exactly did you say to the state representative when you called?

Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...
I told them I had reached the renewal 45 working day time frame and was concerned about the length of time for my renewal. I asked if they would call and see if there was away to see if there was an issue. It was a renewal and there was nothing that would be impacting my LTC. I also, informed them that my expiration date was several months from now, so it was not a issue of me not compliance.

Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...
So my math was a little off. I called DPS and they said they began processing my application on Feb 6th which is now 50 days including weekends. I asked if there was anything else needed concerning my disposition, and she said no. There is nothing on file saying they have requested anything else either and that it is still just processing. Also, she noted that they have 60-180 days to process the app. I don't understand what it says when it reads they have "up to 60 days".... I told her that and she said again, they have 60-180. So until then, we....still....wait.
Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...
That's what frustrates me. They straight up lie about that. They have 45 days for a renewal and 60 for a new application. The 180 days is only applicable if further documentation is requested after you submit your application. I'd call your state representative. I will after 45 days.Mashirley35 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2019 6:23 pm So my math was a little off. Just curious, 60 days start after you sent everything in. Or is it 60 days once the website updates?

It starts when they receive it. Mine updated the day after they got it. You'd have to call to find out exactly when.

My buddy took his class on the 18th of this month (last monday) and his status was on background check yesterday and updated to print pending this morning!! 10 DAYS so frustrating I've been on background review for a few weeks now. I give up!

3/28 - status showed up all green except background check.dcpendarvis wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 10:30 pm Similar to others recently:
3/11 submitted application
3/17 submitted LTC-100
3/18 email re documents received
3/21 fingerprints
Status still not showing on website.
3/29 - background check green, print pending.
I also had a misdemeanor arrest back in 2001, and thanks to the helpful info In these forums proactively obtained disposition information and submitted with other paperwork. So, it seems if you do that it is helpful to their processing.

Re: 2019 New LTC Processing Timeline...
Being 52 days now, would it make a difference if I sent my disposition papers in now? Even tho they haven't requested any more info? And who would I even fax it to?
