This ban expansion will end up at SCOTUS. The reinterpretation is so vague that it would be impossible for two sane, logical people to come to the same understanding.

However, I am in favor of new regulation to ban unlicensed source emitters of carbon dioxide that continue to vent into the atmosphere using stupid rhetoric and nonsense to advance Liberal political agendas. Such emitters of carbon dioxide need to be muzzled as they present a clear and present danger to the public health. I will be happy to establish a list of these emitters and provide muzzling technology.
