Yes the "dead" (threads) really do walk again.... And you guys think I'm crazy for zombie prepping... I specifically carry my 2015 CHL-16 book with me to fight off zombie threads!
4/13/1996 Completed CHL Class, 4/16/1996 Fingerprints, Affidavits, and Application Mailed, 10/4/1996 Received CHL, renewed 1998, 2002, 2006, 2011, 2016...). "ATF... Uhhh...heh...heh....Alcohol, tobacco, and GUNS!! Cool!!!!"

I use an app on my phone called "LegalHeat" for things like this. It's got go/no-go info for all 50 states for open & concealed carry, reciprocity maps, etc. It's a couple of bucks per year I think, but they do a good job of keeping things updated. It's a handy guide.
