Houston Folks: PSC Range Day this fall?

#1

Post by SQLGeek »

Scott B and I were discussing putting together a gathering soon. I know not everybody is a PSC member but there are several here that are. Would anybody be interested in going to a range day one weekend day after Christmas?

I would try to make itbut can’t commit for sure. I’m waiting to confirm dates on hog hunts this month but if they don’t conflict I’ll be there

I've always wanted to visit the PSC range - if I can come as someone's guest, I'd be interested.

Let's make it work. My schedule is changing so I'll actually have some Saturdays and Sunday's free after the new year.

Some shooting, maybe some eating if we're ambitious.

I'm a big ole maybe. All depends on the date and potential conflicts with scheduled deer hunts.

We don't have a set date right now, we are just trying to figure things out. After the new year may be best.

Since I don't hunt, when is deer season over?

Looks like the General Deer season ends Jan 7 unless I'm missing something - https://tpwd.texas.gov/regulations/outd ... ailed-deer

Best gun club in Texas. Great facilities and members. One of few things I miss about moving from Houston to Hill Country. Really miss PSC and my shooting buddies

Regular season is over Jan 7. We do a hunt for wounded veterans during doe and spike mid January. Since we are MLD, our season doesn't end until Feb 28. Also looks like we are adding a LEO hunt in Feb.

ETA, we are not hunting LEO, we are taking them on a hunt. :biggrinjester:

Count me in if we're looking at a weekend range day.
