I heard some excerpts from the interview. She claimed the DNC was in shambles, almost bankrupt, and poorly managed, and that she had to bail them out with money. Yet she still hired, the DNC chair, as her campaign manager. Makes perfect sense to me

After taking some time to think about joining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Trump announces that the U.S. will not be a part of the accord.

EPA director Scott Pruitt has been leading the effort to remove the U.S. from the agreement before officials announced the decision.

This comes after the president’s overseas visit to the G7 summit, where leaders across Europe tried to convince the U.S. to stay on board.

President Trump promised that he would pull the U.S. from the deal while on the campaign trail, saying it adds more regulations that hurt American businesses.

The words they use don't really sound as if it is 100% "settled science".

It's been several decades since I took science, but I seem to remember that living plants take in carbon dioxide and put out oxygen.

So are the looneys saying we need less oxygen? Why do they want the children to have less oxygen? We must think about the children all over the world who will suffer from reduced oxygen.

I take the choice not to give in to the left wing socialist diatribe, that tries to spin the Paris accord as anything but a redistribution of wealth. This should have never been agreed to by a our previous Idiot in charge. This is a treaty that he had no Constitutional authority to sign, without congressional approval. He knew he would never get that, just look at the Kyoto agreement, and that was with a Democratic House and Senate.

The agreement was designed so that the largest polluting countries, get a free ride for 30 years (China and India) they are under no obligation to reduce carbon emissions, and would, in fact be paid subsidies. MIT even concluded, that even with the restrictions set down in the accord, no change would be forthcoming. All of the countries agreed to pay huge sums of money into the program, with the US being the largest contributor. Care to guess how many other will even honor their obligation? Take a look at NATO, for your answer. The US would have to reduce coal mining by 80%, over the next 20 years, while China, and other nations, would not. Who would make the most profit from coal? The only countries still allowed to produce it. It would force the US to reduce paper mills, so again the countries producing paper, will have the economic advantage.
This was simply another left wing money grab, and globalization program, that would have put the US under the authority of foreign nations.
We can't get out of this abomination quick enough. But, thanks for providing some comedic relief, Dale.

I don't need to listen to a couple of militant atheists spout liberal talking points. I am a scientist too, and I can think for myself. Man-caused climate change may or may not exist, but the Paris accord was a bad deal, regardless. Just because someone labels something as good for the environment doesn't mean that if you don't support it you're a "science denier" or hate the environment. Our government should definitely be working toward less pollution and cleaner energy. The Paris accord was not the right way to do that.
