Sad news :(

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Sad news :(

A couple of my friends in the Ft. Worth area were expecting their second child (a girl to accompany their 2 year old son) last week. I got this e-mail a couple days ago. They can use all the help they can get.

Phil

Hey Guys
I was hoping this was going to be an announcement of life but unfortunately
this is not the case. Our little girl died during the labor and delivery
process sometime on Friday or Saturday and was delivered on Sunday morning.
Naomi was 6 lbs 9 oz and 19.5 inches. We are having a small grave side
service on Thursday 11:00 am at Greenwood Cemetery in Ft. Worth. For now just keep us in your prayers.

That's terrible.

God, please be with this family and lift them up in this extremely difficult time.

But you, O God, do see trouble and grief; you consider it to take it in hand. The victim commits himself to you; you are the helper of the fatherless.

We are praying for this family.

That is so heartbreaking. We will most certainly keep the family in our prayers.

I think this is one of every parent's fears.
