I did a bad thing

#1

Post by allisji »

Last night I stopped by the local pawn shop and bought a Sig Sauer P938 without my wife's permission.

I know that she wouldn't have approved, after my last few buys she's been telling me, "no more guns". My justification is that I am hoping that she will get her LTC next year and this will be her carry pistol.

That said. I still want to buy a bolt rifle, a J-frame revolver, and a 1911...
LTC since 2015
I have contacted my state legislators urging support of Constitutional Carry Legislation HB 1927

We may need to start a support group, like GBA (gun buyers anonymous).:

Congrats on the purchase. :fire

I don't think I've ever hear anyone not say these words that loves guns

Congrats on your purchase. You should wrap it up for her as a present! OR for yourself... :thumbs2:

A bad case of gas can be just as deadly as a bad case of GAS. "rlol"

The 12-step program:
  1. Identify requirements
  2. Research firearms for suitability and fit-for-purpose
  3. Select firearm make, model, and configuration
  4. Research vendors for price and availability of selected firearm
  5. Choose vendor
  6. Purchase firearm (note: may require travel and FFL transfer)
  7. Inspect, function check, and clean firearm (optional: purchase and install any desired sights, optics, or accessories)
  8. Take firearm to range; test with different ammo, sight it in, shoot it some more
  9. Clean firearm
  10. Take photographs of firearm
  11. Tell other group members about new firearm purchase; include photos
  12. Repeat Step 1

I have an easy solution. Reach an agreement with your wife that you may purchase as many guns as numbers of shoes/purses she owns. Problem solved.

Unless the wife is savvy and says not number of guns but $$$ amounts!

So.....what I hear is that you're addicted to gun safes, and buying all those guns is just an attempt to justify the safes you're lusting after. That's called denial, son. You need help. ;-)
