bersa 380 carry condition
How would you carry the bersa 380? One in the chamber with safety (decocker) on or none in the chamber? Opinions please.

Well I have a little P3AT with no safety with a round in the chamber but it is in a pocket holster that covers the trigger that is my bug gun.
And my #1 carry is a 357 mag revolver no safety that fully loaded.
What ever a person is comfortable with as for not having one in the chamber well if you have the gun on you its better then nothing at all, I mean maybe you have time to load up and maybe not.

I'll save +3 for her.stevie_d_64 wrote:How much you bet me "llwatson" is +3???Lumberjack98 wrote:+2 - that's how I carry minestevie_d_64 wrote:+1elwood blooz wrote:Wife has her 380 chambered with safety on
Make me plus +4
I have a Bersa .380 and a P3AT that I carry loaded and chamberd if I have to carry them. They are my last choice for carry though. I carry them only if the occassion does not allow me to carry on of my 1911's . Otherwise one of them sits in my center console where if needed it would probably be very close range.

Re: 1911
That's the way I do it (shorts & a t-shirt, I mean).striker55 wrote:I have a 1911 but how do you conceal it here in TX, shorts and t-shirt? That's why I'm leaning towards my 380, smaller to conceal.
I use canvas cargo shorts (like the 511s or any decent hiking shorts) with a belt from thebeltman.net and an Answer from Tucker Gunleather. I put that on & wear a t-shirt one size larger than normal over it untucked.

My opinion is:elwood blooz wrote:Wife has her 380 chambered with safety on
It's a double action trigger on the first shot. Leave the "Decocker" off so there is no delay when you need it most.
