Its not as difficult as I thought it was going to be considering my size. Just have to remember to kept a couple buttons done up when the wind blows.

First, the picture has to already exist online somewhere. Many people either use the storage space provided by their ISP, or they use a free account like Flickr.

Second, copy the URL of that picture, come here and click the "Img" button, past the URL, and click the "Img" button again.

When you finish, it will look like this:

Your picture will show up when people read the forum.
