13 JAN 2016: Application Submitted
23 JAN 2016: Fingerprints Submitted
21 MAR 2016: Supplemental Documents Submitted
Do I need to do anything else or just wait? I notice people saying they logon to check status daily, but I thought DPS communication requesting additional documentation/clarification was sent through USPS. Is there a reason I'm not aware of to start checking the status page regularly? Thanks for all your help, guys!

02/01/16 I sent mine in electronically. 04/01/16 after 60 days I called and the nice lady told me they were still working on the Jan applications and that mine could be 3 to 4 weeks more. Today is the 3rd week after that call 82 days. No indication of a status change.

Just now I called Reggie and he took my cell phone number and said someone in the DPS Office would call me back within 1 hour.

Update:
I've been. Waiting since January 27. I emailed the state this week and got this response today:
I wanted to follow up with you regarding the LTC Application status. I submitted your information with DPS and they were going to forward it over to RSD for processing. If they haven't done so already, someone from DPS should be reaching out to you regarding your license status within the next few business days. They did inform me, however, that hundreds of similar inquiries have been coming from other legislative offices around the state, so the process is being slowed down significantly. To date, DPS has seen a 139% increase in LTC application filings versus 2015 - in addition to these legislative office inquiries.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of further assistance.

A 139% increase in LTC applications means a 139% revenue increase for them. They have the funds to hire plenty of people to keep up with the demand. But instead, they punish "US" with a 12 week wait time.GrandMasterKai wrote:Update:

DPS doesn't make money off the revenue generated from LTC Applications. The money is deposited to the General Revenue Fund where the biggest budget items-therefore legislative priorities are Higher Education, K-12, Medicaid- Prisons/Corrections.
Full time positions are allocated again, by the legislature that meets for 90 Days every two years.
Your angst is misguided
